Sanctuary #1: Illustrating a series of imaginary sanctuary spaces or places of refuge.

I am a freelance architectural designer and illustrator in British Columbia, Canada.

It’s Okay Pin: This is the start of a series of typographic explorations…looking at common self-affirmations and slogans.

In my current artwork I am exploring the subtle changes of atmosphere within an architectural illustration when the liquid processes of ink washing, staining, and splattering are combined with the more arid world of orthographic drawing.

Mineral Pool: In this illustration I experimented with the layering of objects, drop shadows and washes to create a trompe l’oeil effect.
