My works reflect me the way I really am. I have been painting and drawing since I can remember. I have an academic type of education, but I think it is right to create my works by listening to my heart.

What you see is the result of infinite creative exploration, of my passage from abstraction to object and back to abstraction. It might not be obvious to everyone, but all my works are united by one common thread. This may be stylized sea waves, or a fantasy-like story. But everything I depict has been felt and lived by me in reality, despite the fantastic or non-objective subject-matter.

I do not like to identify myself as following a certain style. For me it is a label, which is oppressive and cage-like. Freedom from labels and creative freedom are of the greatest value to me!

I am very much attracted to experimenting not only with form, but also with various techniques. This is also a search for a departure from canvas and return to canvas.

One of such experiments led to the appearance of contemporary fresco – the auteur fresco technique.

My works are united not only by the wavy lines, but also by their own depth, philosophy and sensuality. Nowadays it is considered indecent to talk about feelings in art. And it is time to break this taboo.

I hope my paintings will tell you the rest. Thank you for your attention! Enjoy!
