Shame

My name is Sara I live in Portugal and study design and animation. I’ve been working with techniques ranging from illustration to 2D and 3D animation. Painting is where I find free expression.

Composition Nr. 2.

Pastel Oil is what I work with most. The lines are crooked, and I’ll often paint in stokes, mixing in colours and making up forms as I go. It satisfies me when I’m able to translate my sensations and a painting or drawing usually works well if I maintain a connection to it. My goal is to portray the most incapacitating emotions, emotions that handicap you mentally for their intensity or weirdness.
