Photographer Lía G.

Part of the Generation "hinge" between analog and digital and influenced by the great masters of Baroque painting such as Caravaggio, Vermeer, Ribera and Zurbarán, with my photography I intend to provoke an emotional exchange with the viewer. My intimate work covers topics focus mainly on  women, identity and the transience of existence.

I exhibit my work both nationally and internationally and my photographs are part of both public and private collections in Spain, Germany, Mexico, the United States and Singapore.

At the same time, I work for various European publishing agencies. I own photography studio, where I make all kinds of commissions, being also a multidisciplinary creation space and workshop of cultural activities.

Photography is the medium that I have chosen to look at the world and life, which are full of imperfections. Photography is a medium for curiosity, to define, to transmit, to thrill, to disturb, to look for what you want and to look at it as you wish ...
