Sam Price is a bass player from New Orleans, recently turned singer/song-writer.
Best known as a member of popular touring group, Honey Island Swamp Band, his own debut EP 'Sam Price & the True Believers' won Best Roots Rock Album of 2017 by Offbeat Magazine and the band was invited to perform at the French Quarter Festival in 2018.
His music has been described as "relentlessly positive" and "so from the heart, it hurts."
Combining elements of R&B, rock, funk and New Orleans rhythms with thoughtful and poignant lyrics. "We believe that Love is the soul of mankind. Our music seeks to inspire, uplift, empower, and unite. To celebrate our shared humanity."
The band's full-length follow-up album, produced by Papa Mali, will be released in March.
