A vast majority of my works throughout 2020 have been heavily inspired by the human battle against the pandemic. The crisis we all face is not only a physical one but also to maintain our very humanity in the face of adversity. We have to look beyond the current situation and come to a conclusion what kind of people we want to be remembered as when COVID-19 is a distant memory, Everyone strives to do what's best not only for themselves but for everyone else as a whole. It's at times like this when we reach deep to maintain what's right for humanity and the spirit which carries us forward through future generations, In this work we see the subtle celebration of colour and image fused together to varying degrees to convey that spark of hope and imagination, The darker shading along either side is the ever-present looming of the virus threatening not only our bodies but also our psyche.
