MaryAnn Delani is a French abstract and expressionist artist based in Ireland. She graduated from Applied art in 2014 and worked as a multidisciplinary designer for several years. However her profound connection with art began earlier, in 2009, as a quest to fathom the invisible aspects of existence. MaryAnn Delani’s intuitive illustrations emerge from fluid strokes of black ink or paint on a pristine white surface. From a single black dot, her work unfolds, while intangible emotions and thoughts flow freely on the surface. In 2023, MaryAnn Delani’s artistry was recognised when her work was curated for the Venice International Art Fair, solidifying her place in the world of contemporary art.
